1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind our products. If you receive a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong item (e.g., wrong size or wrong print), we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to claim: Please email us at support@oplpshop.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or the wrong item. We will process your replacement or refund immediately after verification.
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
Because our items are strictly made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
Change of mind (buyer's remorse).
Ordering the wrong size, color, or design by mistake. (Please review our sizing charts and product details carefully before placing an order).
Items that have been washed, worn, or used.
3. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Since orders are sent to production shortly after they are placed, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@oplpshop.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once production has started, we can no longer cancel or change the order.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal or your credit card) within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
