Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oplp Shop. As our products (including blankets, pillows, and backpacks) are uniquely made-to-order, please review our shipping and processing times below.

 

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All of our products are Print-On-Demand (POD). This means your item is custom-made specifically for you once you place an order.

 

Production Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be manufactured, quality-checked, and packed before it is shipped.

 

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your order is produced, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.

 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after the item has been shipped.

 

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Oplp Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

5. Damages or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at support@oplpshop.com with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue for you.
